Hi G=Fans!
I don't snore!
The concierge says I snore like a 300 pound trucker who drove for 24 hours and ate a full turkey dinner....
I don't snore.
I, perhaps, vibrate... in a delicately royal manner.
If even that.
Anyway....
Last night was a bust all around. No walk (15 degrees), no blog, no nuthin'.
The concierge promptly passed out after finishing warm cocoa after getting home late after having a challenging sort of day.
I don't think she knows what challenging is.... let's see her stay home all day, napping various locations, having to contend with 'others' who might want to lounge in similar spots, along with having to bark vociferously at passersby who we can't see through the snow banks and having to go outside in frigid temperatures to relieve ourselves... I would like to see her deal with that.... oh, and on top of that eat, basically, the same meal morning and night seven days a week.
THAT IS STRESSFUL!
I will throw the concierge a couple of bones.
She left her phone on the counter all day yesterday which made some challenges for her and kept information from her until late last night. Which is when she found out that the person who was very sick has now passed away. So, I will cut her a little slack, but just for now.
So, we didn't get a walk yesterday, but we had a nice sunny 35 degree day in which to walk.
The concierge wanted to do something different.
We did.
While we huddled in the back of the car like sardines, the concierge, helper and Harry's concierge worked on getting the royal transport unstuck. The ice was significant.
They finally were victorious thanks to some aids Harry's concierge had in his vehicle.
Then we traversed in the vehicle down a very slippery, sloppy road that the concierge prayed we wouldn't get stuck on or see another car head on. Thankfully we didn't on both counts.
But, we also couldn't park to walk the bog, so we continued to the forest where we have been going the last few weeks.
There were episodes of madhouse barking, snowmobilers passing, deep stuck snow (the concierge was a bit cranky at that point) and a parking lot incident while the helper was in the store.
But, overall, a fairly peaceful walk.
Apparently tomorrow we will be getting the bum's rush for a walk. I had better enjoy it!
So, may you reframe your perceptions so that your glass is always full, half with water, half with air, and may it always be ample to meet your needs....
TTFN!
