Hi G-Fans!
Wow, wet, wet wet outside.
The rain just keeps coming down.... We have been quite wet on more than one occasion today.
Those rugs continue to get pelted as well.
And now there's another to add to the list.... the concierge spilled a big glass of dirty bird water.... yuck.... so the floor had to be mopped up and the rug removed, the concierge said that there were too many smells anyway....I don't think there really is any such thing..... Really!\
Well, it continues to pour and even though we walked to the short street we all got soaking wet...
Now I am being barred from retiring to the royal boudoir with all its excellent lighting.
I will have something to say about that if it continues once we close up I am not allowed to retire appropriately.
Last night was Sophie's first night into the process of integration.
The concierge thinks she has settled down enough that she won't jump on Raphael's head while he is sleeping.
She did surprisingly well and didn't throw anything off any surfaces... she actually slept with us on the royal bed.
So, it may be a smooth transition of returning the bird room back to the birds.
We have been having some pretty yummy treats the last couple of days... chunks of chicken, peas and carrots in a tube.... it is so very yummy!
We have been having surprises in the morning the last two days... the concierge suspects Bertie, but she can't be certain 100%,,,, hopefully tonight all is resolved and we won't have to throw yet another kitchen foot rug into the washer because it was used as a landing pad for poop.....
We'll see.
So, that is it for now, I will let you know if the royal boudoir remains off limits to me...
